Talal Debs, PhD., serves on the Advisory Board of the Entanglement Research Institute Inc. Talal is a Managing Director at RSR Partners, and prior to that had a long career in banking and risk management as part of JPMorgan’s investment and commercial banking businesses. Talal’s interest in quantum computing stems from almost a decade of experience in academic research and teaching focused on the conceptual foundations of quantum mechanics and relativity theory at Harvard, Cambridge, the American University of Beirut and the London School of Economics. At RSR, a leading boutique consulting and recruiting firm, Talal heads the firm’s Investment, Technology, and Innovation Practice, advising management and investors on responding to the challenges and opportunities presented by rapid innovation, especially in financial services and related ventures. Talal earned his AB in Physics and History & Science from Harvard College, his MPhil in History and the Philosophy of Science from the University of Cambridge, and his PhD in the philosophical foundations of physics, also from Cambridge.
