Paul read for his first degree at the University of Malta obtaining a Bachelor with Honours of Law, in 2016. Since then he has been working in the financial services sector, focusing predominantly on the compliance, capital markets, virtual financial assets and blockchain, regulation and licensing. He has worked on various corporate structures, the drafting of public offering documentation, engagements for legal and regulatory due diligence on regulated entities, regulatory compliance, drafting of license applications in the financial services and gaming sector, providing support of a legal and regulatory nature to licensed companies to a portfolio of international clients. He has recently completed his Masters in Financial Services following the submission of his thesis entitled “The Regulation of Virtual Financial Assets as a Means of Payment under Maltese Law”.
