Efrem successfully managed prominent Digital Infrastructure Projects, and lead the transformation of the Information Security function responsible for the Government’s central digital infrastructure, whilst conducting a nationwide cyber security awareness campaign. At MDIA, he is committed to leveraging his experience to promote and encourage the local uptake of innovative technology, working in tandem with controlled regulation to maximise the benefits that such technologies bring about to our daily life.
