Dr. Jeppe Stokholm has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer and legal advisor to companies and projects. His area of expertise includes Crypto Law, Venture Capital, Private Equity and International Tax Planning. He is recognized as top legal FinTech advisor on several STO / TGE / ICO projects and he is specialized in the legal impact of the blockchain economy.
Furthermore, he has 6 years experience as Political Advisor / Secretary for several MP’s in the Danish Parliament. Dr. Jeppe Stokholm has conducted his Doctor of Philosophy research at Duke University in the United States of America, at Tilburg University in the Netherlands and at SDU in Denmark.
Through his career, Dr. Jeppe Stokholm has been working in different Danish law firms and Stockholm Legal has been admitted to the High Court of Denmark and member of the following associations and societies :
