Tiffany is Venture Partner at Tribe Accelerator, the first Singapore government-backed blockchain accelerator, and leads Tribe’s US operations. Recently she led and successfully closed the first round of fundraising from strategics institutional investors and family offices. Currently based in San Francisco, she is also a private investor in blockchain, AI and quantum computing startups. Her notable investments include private sale of Telegram, Quoine, and Origin. Prior to her chapter in the US, she was an award-winning commodity investor across Africa, Asia and Europe, with accolades including Thomson Reuters Award 2012 and 2014, and Malaysian Greentech Award. She also advised Southeast Asian governments (Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia) on energy policies and on One Road One Belt investments from China to Southeast Asia.

She co-founded Oasis Consortium, a think tank to advance digital sustainability through ethical standards and technologies for web3.0. Its vision is an ethical Internet built with safety, privacy, and inclusion at its core, where future generations trust they can interact, co-create, and exist free from online hate and toxicity.

She is host of Brand Safety Exchange, a destination of thought leadership for Trust and Safety leaders. She has been published and featured for her work in digital trust and safety on Harvard Business Review, Forbes, VentureBeat, Digiday, Protocol, and etc.

Tiffany also stays abreast of blockchain and quantum computing technologies through investments and advisory board roles. She is a venture partner at Tribe, a Singapore government-backed blockchain accelerator, leading investor relations in the US. She holds two USPTO patents in machine learning applications on marketing.

Previously, she was an award-winning investor across Africa, Asia and Europe, with accolades including Thomson Reuters Award 2012 and 2014, and Malaysian Greentech Award. She also advised Southeast Asian governments (Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia) on investment policies, and international banks on Belt Road investments in Southeast Asia.

She obtained a bachelor’s degree of Law from Fudan University. She also obtained a master’s degree of Finance & Strategy focus on Energy Project Financing and African Studies from Sciences Po. Moreover, she holds a master’s degree of Business Administration focus on Statistics from The Wharton School.
